Salute to Salzburg Poem by Yeshiembet/Yeshi Gemaneh Poet

O! All the wonder, the beauty in you
Peacefully buried in a small city on the hill
Midsummer Mozart melody tickles ears
A host of October feasts to refresh mind and soul
It is fair to say to this date you are
Deep in my heart
So much to say about hills and “Altstadt,” old city
It is like running to the moon
Only in my dream, to visit you again
You planted a joyful memory in my young heart
I voluntarily port my spirit for refreshment
If time changes tomorrow, I will quest for it
I ask the birds flying high to salute you
